About Juli

“Juli believes in you until you can believe in yourself.”

Juli (aka Cat RunningElk) began her psychic and healing studies high up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.  After moving into a home on Quandary Mountain, facing North Star Mountain, teachers magically appeared.  The first teacher to show up was a Reiki Master, who aligned her with the Reiki attunements.

After receiving her first in a series of Reiki attunements, a magical woman, with the distinct title of a Third Generation Appalachian Kitchen Witch, agreed to take her on as an apprentice and student.  She helped Juli accept her psychic gifts, and learn how to use them in service to others.

From there Juli was called to the Pacific Northwest where  she began sharing her gifts at psychic fairs back in the 90’s.  While living in the Seattle area she completed her Reiki Master and Teacher training and was given the opportunity to work as a Reiki practitioner within an AIDS facility.  Juli was able to offer Reiki to AIDS patients as well as those struggling with other life threatening conditions.

Juli was also delighted to serve on both Rosebud and Pine Ridge Reservations.  There she again volunteered her gifts of healing and insight.  With the opportunities to spend time on the reservations, just as she found in the Rocky Mountains, she encountered many wise elders and amazing healers.  These synchronistic meetings kept her moving forward on her path, sharing her gifts and encouraging her own students to embrace their gifts and answer their callings.

Over the years Juli has continued to offer healing as well as psychic readings at expos and fairs from coast to coast.  She taught classes and gave lectures at New Age and Spiritual Centers.  She also landed a spot in Downtown Disney giving readings and signing copies of her books.

She is the author of “Mystic Mommy” referred to by other best selling authors as a ‘must-read.’  This is the story of her rocky beginnings in the mountains of Colorado, as a young mother and seeker.   In her latest work, “The Healer’s Charm,” she shares emotionally moving experiences with the men and women she served at the AIDS facility in Seattle.

After countless years on the road, she is happy to be in her humble home in Kansas, planting flowers and fluffing pillows.  She works over the phone with clients from coast to coast.

EFT with Matrix Reimprinting is another one of her many certifications.  While using EFT, she can help you move through difficult moments in the past and reframe them.  Matrix Reimprinting can also be used in conjunction with Past Life Regression Therapy.  

Past Life Regression Therapy is something that Juli highly recommends during everyone’s healing journey.  It helped her to move beyond her personal karma, setting her free to share her gifts in this lifetime.  Past Life Regression Therapy can help anyone to look at their current life with fresh eyes and a healer’s perspective.

She is also a hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, and Master Numerologist.  

It is her belief that everyone has intuitive gifts, and anyone who is interested can open up to their own inner psychic. Even though she does not use the Tarot anymore in her readings, she loves teaching others how to use Tarot as well as other forms of divination.  She holds many Master Classes on Tarot, Numerology, Past Lives and other subjects meant to help you open up to all that you came to be.
