There is always something we can do to make a positive difference in the world. Too many people don’t do anything, because they want to do something big, so they don’t do anything at all.
That is such a problem, and something each of us can overcome. Just do what is right in front of you. If you are a parent, be more loving, patient and encouraging with your child.
If you are an employer, do the same with your employees.
If you live alone, and don’t interact with many people each day, you can spend time doing what everyone ought to do every day…love yourself more.
When we learn how to love ourselves more, we are more compassionate and caring with others, naturally.
Choose love everyday. Start with the one in the mirror.
Because as the wise man we celebrate today also said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
