Okay, I think I’m a spiritual shock speaker sometimes. Before I go on stage I am rather quiet, observant and I tend to dwell at the back of rooms and in corners unseen. Then I get on stage and I am quite outgoing, enthusiastic and outspoken…and sometimes I say things…
Like today at the Center for Spiritual Living in Santa Fe, I started my talk with a sexy joke. Oh, it was clever and oh so spontaneous and not what they were expecting. Everyone laughed and that is a great way to get the audience to be on your side.
As I went on with the talk, though, I noticed a couple women in the audience that I might have shocked. So what did I do? I made another funny, sexy remark.
When I get up on stage, and something inside me clicks the “ON” button, I just can’t help myself. I surrender to Spirit, but Spirit has my wicked sense of humor!
How does that happen? Will they have me back in Santa Fe? Oh, I know they loved me. It was fun and I think we had a great time. And those women I was worried about, they came right up to me after my talk to thank me for my inspiring message…
It’s all about taking back our power, and owning it. And I am owning mine! And it’s fun to just let the cat out of the bag sometimes…it’s a great way to wake people up!
